"Imperial Steel along with thousands of other legal persons is a part of daily living, it is a member of our society. Yet it is not simply this property, nor is it a human being or a group of human beings, it is Imperial Steel Co. incorporated with stock owned by people in widely scattered places."

I've got some swampland for you too..
Fairly blah Coronet film about corperations, and the reasons businesses choose to incorperate. The film focuses on the fairly gruff owner of Fairview Tailors, who gets shoved into a partnership when the going gets tough, and now wants out because it's costing him prime dollar. His lawyer talks him into going into a corperation with it, making the lawyer's work a litle busier. What a sucker!
